About me

My name is Stephan Kexel. With more than 35 years of experience in the business world, in start-ups and large companies, I have worked as a company founder, CEO, Chief Sales Officer and CMO in various industries. Today, I bring this extensive experience and expertise to a holistic approach as a business coach and consultant.

My way

My career began over 35 years ago with the founding of a successful start-up, which I sold within two years. After that, as Chief Sales Officer in a larger organization, I helped to significantly increase sales. Through these diverse roles, I have continuously expanded my skills and knowledge in leadership, corporate strategy, marketing and sales.

My conviction

I firmly believe that every person and every company has the potential to succeed. My job is to develop this potential together with my clients. Confidentiality and integrity are always at the heart of my work.
